First you need to convert the M2 sounds to TFL ones using Head Edit then run those tags through The Fallen Sounds which I can't seem to find on the net anywhere at the moment... If you're talking about pregame narrations though, I think you can't extract them. :( I used a phono jack into the line in on my Mini Disk player to get that.
