I will go to my grave vehemently rejecting that!
First, we must examine what happened to the Krids after they were trapped inside the Tain by Connacht. Simply put, they became extinct after eating each other and a few spiders proved to be a poor diet. Thus, their skulls were left around on the floor. Their actual skulls are being used to resurrect each one individually.
Besides, how can I resurrect a monster by using the skull of a totally different being? Usually the magic makes *some* sense. That to me doesn't make any sense.
