Well I do know that in "Thrown of the Lich King" the warlock could bring undead units back to life so it must be possible. It would need to be a mesh script that told a projectile from the monsters death to create a new unit when it lands. I would ask Pyro if he had a clue.
The more I think about it the possible it seems but it would diffently have to have a mesh script for it so the units death will only work on those meshes.
