I see it like this:

(1) Rabican kills her body but the soul does not reach the 'afterlife' whatever that may be in Myth.
(2) Myrdred kills her new corporeal form, and the soul finally goes where it's supposed to. All those explosions were her raw magical powers suddenly being unleashed in a spiteful death spell.

As for the Summoner's ability to resurrect Krids, Sili once proposed that the Tain is the ultimate time/space twisting artifact. The Summoner therefore uses his ability to take the Krids before they died from the past, but can do this only via the Tain and only because the Krids died in the Tain.
