I think Olorin is probably closest, but it could really from any of a billion sources. The name is similar to the Witch of the Fens in the Malloreon (David Eddings), has connections to the Watcher's name Bahl'al (Baal > Satan > goat imagery), and is probably really just something Bungie pulled out of the air.
