: Objectively, I think you're right. The gameplay is
: enjoyable, the new graphics are good and there's some
: incredible-if-slightly-buggy scripting going on. (If
: you haven't opened it up with Loathing to see how
: Kyrilla teleports, do.) When I and everyone else here
: complain about Chimera, I think most of us are doing
: so in our status as Asylum inmates; personally, I
: spend considerably more time researching the story of
: each Bungie game than I do actually playing it.
: Gameplay's just not that important to me, compared to
: plot and dialogue. So my viewpoint, and that of this
: forum in general, is going to be a little skewed.

I don't mean that I think the gameplay is particularly fantastic, I think the story is quite cool because its a lot smaller than Myth TFL and SB. This is particularly relevant to me because of me Myth RPG. Chimera is a great example of the sort of adventure that would be cool to play out. Its not so big that it will never be completed, but its significant enough for it to be exciting.
By the way, how do you open Chimera levels from Loathing?
