I agree on the other points, however, I do hope that TBC isn't the basis for supposedly dead characters. And since we haven't heard from any of them (no official Myth 4 [yet]) we can assume those Avatara besides Alric are dead, along with the whole list of Fallen. It does, after all, say that the Fallen are dead in the epilogue.
