: Blah, blah, blah! :)
: And if you want to be REALLY pedantic, then this word

Enough both of you, please. Leave the petty arguing for me and Archer.

To get back to the subject.
In my fan fic, the Something or other of Valor things by George Mellen...
There was an arguement between me, Forrest, and a few other people what exactly the Avatara were.
I think I ended up with my magic user journal writer guy being trained by the Avatara, but not an Avatara.
Dairmuid (my guy's name) probably would be an Avatara if we use it to mean a Light Archmage, but honestly, I think it's pretty well established that the Avatara, the ones still around, are the Nine, and that's it.
And regarding the "wizards", we don't get a shred of indication that they are anything significant.
Also, presumably the Fallen can animate the dead themselves, so they would still
have undead armies.
In any case, I probably didn't make complete sense here, so my wrapping up statement.
Do what you think makes sense, but don't do anything we all agree is wrong. (Don't have the Head be Connacht for example)
If you know the myth story, you should be able to make a decent fan ficish thing.
