: Okay, here goes. I'm a writer, and I've liked to play the
: 3 Myth games a lot. So I decided that I was going to
: try and write a story on it.
Good luck.
: My story will mostly be set right after Myth 1, a few
: days after the scant survivors of the Legion toss
: Balor's head down the Great Devoid. So to make the
: world richer, I'm going to go with the Cannon
: established here and in the games. However, I'd like
: to ask some questions and I'd really like any insight
: anyone here has on them. ^^
: 1) How big in men do you think the Army of the Nine was
: and how many do you think are still alive?
Hmm, the guys at the Great Devoid were all blown up...as for the wounded near them, I wouldn't say more than 30 at the very most (I think it says how many were left at end of TFL, but my copy doesn't work at the moment). In the West, a few thousand are probably left, after the civil war maybe only 5 or 6 thousand.
: 2) Do the Fallen Lords which remain possess large forces
: still?
No undead, prolly only scattered ghols anf fetch which probably wouldn't want to serve them yet.
: 3) Do you think there were many people left in the West
: after Balor dies?
: 4) Do you think Alric is the only surviving member of The
: Nine just after Balor dies?
Yes and no. In Myth II it says that ALric is the last surviving member of the Nine. However, it seems like some such as Rabican may have lived up to the end of the War, but been mortally wounded - your call as to whether you include them or not.
: 5) The Nine were definitely the strongest Avatara the
: Light had. But do you think there are lesser Avatara?
Yes, I would say so, in bungie's Myth comic, the duel between Rabican and Shiver is portrayed, and it says that Rabican had seen many of his peers die at her hands. Seeing as how the Nine all seem to be alive at the start of TFL, I'd say some of these peers may have been lesser Avatara.
: Thank you!
No problem.
