I'll have to concur with Seraph on this. There just isn't really any information or evidence to support a relation between the bre'Unor and the Forgotten...vicious skeleton creatures aren't exactly unique. In fact, the Forgotten were meant more to fight and act and look like Myrmidons. I'm quite certain myself that any resemblence is purely coincidental. The only thing really similar between the two races is their silvan origin (and not from the same forest, across the continent and beyond the most impassable mountain range in the world, at that); when the fir'Bolg were considered "evil", they might have been just as equatable with the Forgotten as the bre'Unor.
