Our problem in the USA is the fact that we have to stop acting like we are divinely appointed to rule.
Of course, other countries have done that as well, so we aren't alone in this.
Now, on my serious opinion of goverment...
The ideal goverment would have apsolute power to do what the people wanted it to do.
