Of course it does, how else would the Jmen, Fallen Lords etc. live so long? However, I doubt it causes him to remain an adolescent for 50 years or something. I also thought he looked old, but I think that that's our minds playing tricks on us: the M2 art shows him as aged, manual art, cutscene art, and ingame art. Since he's hooded in M1 you really can't see his face well, and so assume that he's old (he also souns young, at first). However, I just had a look at the art for Alric in TFL, and his face definately does not look wrinkeled or old.
