I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but shouldn't the map and the name of the level: "Sons of MYRGARD" indicate something.

Even if it doesn't, we hear the Dwarves liberate Myrgard and all that.

Stoneheim never fell methinks, the Dwarves buried themselves under tons of rock and the ghols said "The heck with this" and went to kill any stray Dwarves they could find.

If it did fall, I'm sure the Dwarves retook it, but I cann't think of any suspific mentioning of it.
