I like that one. Presumably the other Fallen take his army in the meantime.
It would give a good execuse to not be seen again, since from what we know of Soulblighter, Archmage level (heck maybe even Avatara level for Diarmuid) are mostly beyond him, he just relies on strengh and toughness.
