: Mallory? MALLORY? What kind of name is mallory? Why not
: call him Melvin or prehaps Alfred? Here are the top
: ten names for a warrior hero in no peticular order: 1.
: Cedric (Awesome name of so many levels)

How about the following real names of the 7th-8th centuries?

1. Gertrude (means "spear-might")
2. Matilda ("strong for war")
3. Brunhilda ("breastplate-battle")

I like "Mallory," it fits in with the rest of the units' names. I found that one of the cool parts of Myth:TFL, was that they have names like Bramwell and Cormac that sound like they were peoples' names about a thousand years ago. I'm not sure whether they were or not, but they sure sound plausible and are the type of warrior name you'd expect. If they were called "Seldarius" or some stupid fantasy name they wouldn't be nearly as cool.
