I'm sure that the notebook is still somewhere among my stuff...I don't usually throw something like that out. Unfortunately, it's not one of the things I've had occasion to dig out, so it's probably buried in amongst the other stuff I never unpacked when we moved months ago. If there's a real interest in it by enough people, I can try and find it for old times' sake. But I oughta warn you, from what I can rememebr of it, it's pretty dumb. ;P
