: On the note of our next units, I don't think we should
: make Gods or anything.
: I think that we should have units that could take down
: one of the Fallen Lords 1 on 1, but not anything much
: stronger.
: After all, we are doing this with just the units inate
: abilities (or unseen artifacts) and I think any super
: powers beyond those we already have figured out make
: sense...welll, are too powerful.
: Some how the idea of a unit which could litterally face 6
: large waves of Thrall like Mazzarin did seems more
: then powerful enough.
I still like my can-it-beat-some-levels-but-not-Shiver-alone benchmark. Personally, I think the current implementation of my unit (who I just remembered to test after reading this) falls well below that mark: I'd be torn up in melee be any spread-out group of living units or any group of undead units; being a slow-assed Jman, I'd never catch any ranged units; and my lightning blast could maybe take out one group of weaker units, but once that's spent, what then? As it is now, it took me forever to kill off all the target dummies on the training level.
I think it could be remedied if my melee attack was stronger and faster, and my lightning attack was rechargable.
