Such an old topic...but I can't resist posting the story of my name again.
Back wehn I got into Myth was around the time I first got the internet, and I knew I needed an online name, or handle. For some reason I can't remember, I used Blackjack 7, I guess because it sounded like some sort of 1337 millitary team (in my mind, anyway). I still have an email address related to that name to this day, though it's so old it gets nothing but spam and porn.
I was never really satisfied with it. I'd always been a big fan of Marathon as well, especially the AI Durandal. When the mysterious Cortana letters started to get sent to the Marathon Story Page, people noticed that Durindana (Durandal) and Cortana were both names of swords of Charlemagne. I did a bit of research and found the third sword's name was Joyeuse. I feel lucky to have been in the market for a new name at the time. I'm pretty content with it (except when frenchies call me "happy girl").
