I'm kinda a stickler for grammer, as I've pointed out a coupla times, but this is just a suggestion (don't take it the wrong way). You might consider saying "he and the hundred elite Heron Gaurds" instead of what you have. "elite one hundred Heron Gaurds" sounds a little awkward to me, but, then, that could just be me. but, hey. whtevr.
