This is pretty self-explanatory, but there are some spoilers in here. So please don't complain that you read the below when you shouldn't have. Just resist the temptation... you can always return to this when you're done reading the series.

Alrighty, onward. Two of the Lady's Taken during the White Rose, Blister and Scorn, at least one of which was female, attacked the Lady on the Plain of Fear with the hopes of killing her but in turn were De-Takenized by the Lady after she found them with Croaker.
At the end of the White Rose, Glen Cook makes note of the carpets falling out of the air. He also said something about the Takens' power being lost because the Lady had been disarmed. So that meant that all those guys like the Creeper, the Learned, etc., all lost their powers, right?
But sometime in one of the books of Glittering Stone (either Bleak Seasons or SITD) we are informed that the Lady removed the powers of certain people with public witnesses. One of them happened to be either Blister or Scorn.
Was that Mr. Cook's mistake?
Also, Spidersilk and Gossamer were killed at the end of the Silver Spike, along with Exile, right? I don't think it was explicitly said, but it appears that is what happened.
