: I would assume that they joined the war against the Dark
: quite late on, only throwing in their lot once it was
: clear that both they and humanity were doomed if they
: didn't put aside their petty differences.
makes sense.
: Assuming that you are willing to accept the unsupported
: word of Myth3 with no hint of contradiction elsewhere,
: yes. So, from your point of view, no.
well I meant in this war.
: How about Wyrd's Palimpsest?
Sounds good.
: Personally, I doubt that warrior names would have been
: much different at the fall of Llancarfan than those we
: see in TFL.
Well, I'm looking for a hero name, but I can just use a regular warrior name.
: 5) I would /really/ recommend giving Seraphan a new name.
: As it stands, it sounds far too much like "this
: guy is me, aren't I cool?". You might want to
: consider toning him down a bit as well. Think: if this
: guy is so wonderfully brilliant, why haven't we heard
: of him before?
Yes, I wasn't willing to spend half an hour or more thinking of a name...I'll change it though. It doesn't sound like that good name anyway. And what is this "wonderfully brilliant" though. Besides defending Bagrada I cann't think of anything that would be so darn special.
(I could be not making some connection or asumption or what not though)
: 6) I rather doubt that the decision of the Herons to set
: aside their swords and armour and become Journeymen
: was quite as univocal as you make it sound. Introduce
: a dissenting voice or two: "You would put aside
: your swords when they are most needed? You call
: yourselves warriors of Llancarfan? Our leige has
: fallen, and it is our duty to seek vengeance! If our
: lives have no meaning, let us seek death, drowned in
: the blood of our foes!"
If I was was writting this as an act in a play, that would be wonderful. As it is, I don't have space for a full arguement.
One could also argue with my decision to have the Avatara not argue with them, since he probably has much more authority then they do.
Still, it seems that all in all you don't dislike it.
Thanks for the comments.
