Soulblighter personally can be unhealed because his immortality is caused by self-mutilation. Unmultilate him and his enchantments go away. So he runs instead.

In Myth II, he appears to have developed some sort of immunity to almost everything; it makes sense he'd develop an immunity to healing too.
