The mentions about the bad aim of the ghols: is this just me, or do the ghols actually have great aim on Walls of Muirthemne? They can lead the Trow with great precision and accuracy if you don't bother to use a zig-zag pattern in their movements.

I guess the ghols using the cannons on Walls had better training & aim than the ghols using the larger cannons on Landing. Or perhaps the larger cannons were not as accurate in their design.
