You wouldn't BUY them. The right to the Myth franchise are worth approximately 20% of pre-aquisition Bungie, minus the value of the Oni franchise. To buy them, you would need to be a huge game studio (or more likely publisher these days) to begin with.
What you COULD do is license the franchise, to make a product using their copyrighted materials in a limited way. But you wouldn't be able to sell that franchise back to Bungie or anything.
