Aren't the seraphim the highest order of the nine classes of angels?

Archangels are second from the bottom. Seraphim are on top, I think, second by the cherubim. The classes show distinctions in specific offices, not natures. I'm a bit rusty on this but all angels are spirits by 'nature' however the title 'angel' refers to their office, to which there are nine divisions.
