Would the ranged spell be something that affects an area and doesn't follow the target around? (assuming they can move)

P.S. Too bad it would be really hard to make an Archangel like unit (appearance wise), since that would be most apprite for me. Seraph means a very high archangel for anyone here who is ignorant of that.
