No afraid not, when I say resistant i mean to slashing damage, fire, poison, gas, lightning, Shrapnal etc.
One problem though, a unit can have only 2 attacks so the pathfinder Dwarf wouldn't be able to throw grenades, lay satchels and pick and throw. Though i could replace something.
