The Tempban Ability and the Zeph may block as though he has h00ring both are Forum Admin style abilities, more suited to Forrest or Zan or Ghôlsbane.
I think something that repressents my stubborness in discussions, eg For each Asylumer beyond the First blocking zeph gets +2/+2, or Each time zeph attacks place a +1/+1 token on him.
Also what is an annoy attack? All attacks done by Lamers?
