I don't think you'd find it in a bookstore, more likely you'd have to order it. If I find the url, I'll put it up here, but I think it's been posted somewhere before if you need it sooner.
The catch is, GURPS Myth is exactly what you said: food for thought. Some of its facts (such as: humans are killed when they remove mandrake roots from the ground) are easily wrong. It was made to provide ideas for one's personal expansion of the Myth universe. Not necessarily for the official breakdown of Bungie's Myth.
