I don't think I'd agree. If we assume that we don't know who the head is, it follows that we don't know what its motives might be, and therefore we don't know what its alignment would be. As for the others, I'd suggest the following:
Alric: Chaotic Good (a lawful good general would have died at Rhi'anon)
The Deciever: Lawful Evil (still retains his own warped version of morality, ie. Cath Bruig is good, Watcher is absolute evil)
Soulblighter: Chaotic Evil (he's crazy. Nuff said.)
Balor: Lawful Evil (again, retains a warped version of morality, but absolute evil being the krids in this case.)
Shiver: Neutral Evil (vanity is her pimary feature, and neutral evil is essentially an advanced form of selfishness, which sort of fits.)
The Watcher: Chaotic Evil (see comments on Soulblighter)
I'd agree with you on the Myth3 front though. Interestingly, Myrdred seems to still have been Lawful Evil, even way back then!
