That's the order I suggest reading them in. Although you can read The Silver Spike before or after Shadow Games, I'd say you should read it before, since Shadow Games goes right into Dreams of Steel. The Silver Spike is kinda unusual, in that it's the only standalone book. It finishes up stuff that the White Rose left open, so that's why I placed it where I did.
