Caves can occur anywhere where there the oppurtunity for allot of direct erosion, eg shores, or inot limestone.

I thought of the Sileh'hei's caves been like Goblin caves in LORT. I imagined them being big, smart, warlike kinda guys and I imagined them marching off to war against the Trow in a scene like that one in the LOTR trailer where all the orcs are marching accross the Planes.
