Zandervix: Chimera is set either DURING M1 or M2, I'm pretty sure.

Seraph: Well, 150 years have passed, I guess that some of it may have been rebuilt, but not all (like the bit he was investigating). Consider: the Empire of the Cath Bruig was turned into a vast desert, the Barrier. It would be very hard to rebuild. And even harder considering the fact that their is no arable land anywhere near.
