: Muirthemne (for the Emperor). In SB, Alric (who was
: king) became Emperor as well when the Ibis crown was
: found and he declared himself so. Thus combining the

Covenant as Capital came in because of the Flight From Covenant journal entry. "Mauriac knows of a secert passage that the Royal family used to escape Covenant when Soulblighter leveled the city twelve years ago.
(I think that's how it goes). Usually the Royal Family lives in the Capital city... although I could be wrong. Check the Journal Entry for exactly it's writen.
