Probably CLoudspine, probably northern end, smply because more mountains there are far from a pass, so harder to get to.
On a side note, perhaps by TFL its location had been forgotten, like Mount Sinai, a kind of legendary mountian whose exact position has been forgotten, perhaps semi-deliberately so that nobody could find it.
Or Kor was a legendary name, and it's npw called somehting else, but people don't know that it was Kor.
