: apart from the rogue Warlocks - magic teaching has
: been instituionised, and so you're either an Avatara
: or a Warlock. Since Warlocks are presumably banned
: after their revealed to be really bad after M3,
: Llancarfan has a big cultural influence on the
: Province, including the idea of Avatara. You'd have to
: be taught in a school of some form, so why not keep
: the institutionalised magic-teaching ways of
: Muirthemne. Besides, it works well.
So the Nine are the chief, but by no means only, Avatara in the West?
Would the other Avatara serve directly under them?
