I'd just note, I forget which, the mission in Myth 2 where Alric blows up a bunch of Myrkridia, and you need to get him onto the boat.

Boom. Alric, complete with artifacts, slaughters them.

By my interpretation of the fictional (Not gameplay) standards of Myth, The Fallen and the Nine, practically speaking, are so far beyond everyone else, that they are demigods.
Even with Artifacts. Odd things make the mythical figure.
