Yes Alric is definatly a force to be reckoned with. He is the most powerful unit on the Light side (Trow are considered neutral). But it's rather shocking to see Alric tearing the Myrks apart and that same minute see them treating the Heron Guards like they were children.
In response to someone else's comment on Avatara fighting.
I know that mages are not forced to be bad fighters by nature. But Alric is obviously more skilled then most warriors since he beats myrmidons (in Myth TFL) 1 on 1 and hardly breaks a sweat.
