In most games, where there are multiple choices as to who them "real" protagonist from a choice of multiple classes, the "standard", or simplest, character is always chosen, for instance in Diablo II it is affirmed that the Warrior, out of Warrior, Rogue and Sorceror, was the Hero, as he was the most popular, as he was he was the easiest to get to grips with, and most basic to identify with.
