Actually no. The story for TFL was written pretty much exclusively by Jason and Rob, and maybe Doug... it's been a while. Jason is still at the head of Bungie, Rob's still there as well, and Doug works for Microsoft. The M3 story was written exclusively by Scott Campbell, though I'm sure he had minor input by the other teammembers.
