Yeah, but that doesn't say who the "main character" of Myth is. Assuming that the game's name means anything, a Greek myth always had at least a single guy who was a hero (Achilles, The Guy Who Fought the Minotaur, Jason, and all of them). Is it possible that there is no main character? Maybe it's the journal writer himself who's the "proper" hero?
