Wasn't the site of SB's camp the same as Shiver's? If you don't believe me, then check this link out:

The last part of that page says the SE corner of MOC and the NW corner of Shiver are the same map! So Phelot didn't go anywhere, and SB and his minions never knew Phelot was converted (if they were still alive).
Interesting to note that Phelot must have convinced the bad guys that he was bad. When the deciever converts a krid, for example, the other krids turn on the newly-good one. So what gives? Did the escapees of MOC destroy everybody in the camp besides Phelot? Or was Phelot somehow lying about how "bad" he was to the bad guys?
