Though, I wonder if it was part of larger master plan. Remember, Phelot was there when the Deceiver defeated Shiver later on. Why was Phelot in SB's camp for the MOC level then? Was he on loan? Was Shiver nearby? Or is Phelot bouncing around throughout the contryside helping out the light? Also, who's Shade was he during TFL?
