: Wasn't Phelot wounded or hurt? I haven't looked it up in
: the journal entries, but I seem to remember that
: Phelot was not at "full health", so his
: mental defenses against our dear firend Myrdred
: would've been weakened as well. Or perhaps he was
: tired of Souldblighter's nonsense about trying to
: conquer the world; were not the shades originally
: bound to Balor? But that makes no sense: why would
: Myrded need to do anything if Phelot turned good of
: his own volition?
: Plausible?
: Hehe, maybe the story just needed a easy way to get the
: good guys out of jail? BONJI CHETZ! I HAV FILMZ!
: Speaking of that, is there a way to convert big units
: like the Krid giants, or even (hope past hope) a
: fallen lady like Shiver? It would be cool to use her
: spells against the krids. =)
A passage from MOC Journal seems to back me up:
"I have yet to mention our jailor. It is the devil Phelot, the shade who decimated Avon's Grove during the Great War. It is a wonder he has not yet sought vengeance upon us, as he was sorely injured by The Deceiver upon our arrival."
