I agree. Moagim got them from somewhere and the light had no clue about what they were.

Perhaps, but are they an inspired nightmare? consider this: Myrkridia have 3 fingers. Ghols have 3 fingers. Trow have 3 fingers also, but that I am saying is a coincidence. If you took a ghol, gave him steroids, nasty claws instead of that cleaver, and lengthened his fangs, (and gave him ears...) you would have a myrkridia. Maybe he liked ghols and wanted some nasty ghol like things. He made them, but he may have dreamed them first.

My theory would have it that there are only male Myrkds, and therefore they cant reproduece, because Moagim either didnt want to make females, or didnt think he needed to.(or couldn't, all mules are sterile at birth, maybe all myrks are too)
