To my knowledge, nobody ever created a Myth II sounds extractor. Your best bet is to open the tags in Fear and play each of the sounds through it, while running another sound program on Record.

Unpleasant, I know, but I can't think of another way to do it. If someone has created a sound extractor that I've missed, you can probably find it at the Mill:
