: No Ghols are Dark, they worship dark gods
"Dark" is a generic adjective. The "Dark Gods" aren't directly affiliated with "The Dark", a political/military organization headed by the Leveller.
We know from the Myth comic that Ghols worked for the Fallen Lords out of "ignorance and sorcerous deception." Obviously Ghols will want to help anyone who fights the Dwarves, but they still wouldn't work for the Leveller and his buds if they really thought about what would happen if the Dark completely won. They're ign'ant and violent, but not truly evil or suicidal.
