I'm arguing about incosistencies of Myth 3 with original Bungie lore. When you quote myth 3 that kinda destroys the point in the first place. It doesn't prove me wrong because it was never correct to begin with! And Mumbo Jumbo obviously neglected to use important facts and added in their own, less appealing ones.

The Myrkridia are a threat to them as well. And the worshippers were probably not inherently evil, they could have been nuetral in beliefs, only committing 'atrocities' in the name of their God. Don't get me wrong, the Cult levels in m3 are among the best. Its also funny how in the manual it says the spider temple is a new structure, yet when you raid it in the game it is cracking, crumbling, and in other words, old. :)

Dwarves are insane, cackling pyromaniacs who love explosions. Sure it doesn't make them evil though :).
I didn't say the forest giants wern't light, but they did abandon the Alliance in the third war of the Great War, probably because they had enough violence and wished to return to Forest Heart. And ghols joined with the Dark to get revenge on the dwarves(in myth 2). And dwarves hate ghols with a passion, as well.
