Where did I get it? I simply did a google search for the siege of madrigal, then linked to the site I found. In other words, I didn't extract it; I'm simply leeching it off another server. I'd put it on my own "website", but it's a real pain to do it.
How did I put it in my post? I looked at Archer's post, and saw he was using an embed tag. Here's what I put in my own post (minus the xxx in the embed):
Naturally you'd change the web address to reflect the source. You can change the width and height of the bar with the respective numbers, and autoplay means it runs as soon as it's loaded enough to continue to the end. The Plugins page is what it refers you to if you don't have the right plugin. I believe, although I'm not sure, that you can get rid of all the quotes and still have it work. Feel free to omit the autoplay, pluginspage, and controller subtags.
Here I'm just testing something. Ignore this bar if you want; the music is the same.
