I've already got all the text extracted, and all of the image tags... however to extract most of the pre and post game images, you have to go through and manually chop off the first 64 bytes of the file, because they're really just JPEGs with those headers attached, and AFAIK Vengance doesn't export them properly. If you want to just do the M3 Journal updates in stages, you could just upload the texts with appropriate headers and footers and then do the images later once we get some way to crack those damn headers off en masse (since there's hundred of files, manually is out of the question).
